Owned and operated by a current Major League Baseball scout with over 20 years of experience, One More Training was built to provide a controlled, professional environment where real development can take place. No outside distractions. No wasted reps. Just intentional training with a proven process.

Our top-of-the-line training facility is designed to support complete player development. Athletes train in a professional setting that combines skill work, strength, and athletic performance under one roof. Through our partnership with HyperThrive, players have access to elite, baseball-specific strength and movement training that directly translates to performance on the field.

Every session at One More Training is guided with purpose and long-term development in mind. Whether training as part of Aces Baseball Club or preparing for the next level, athletes are developed in an environment that prioritizes progress, accountability, and results.

Joe Graham

OWNER | TEAM TRAINING SPECIALIST

Joe Graham is a current MLB scout with over 20 years of experience, currently with the Milwaukee Brewers. He began his scouting career with the Cleveland Indians in 2003, signing key players like Trevor Crowe and Jordan Brown. In 2007, he joined the Houston Astros, where he helped draft impact players, including 2013 All-Star Jason Castro. Since joining the Brewers in 2015, his most notable signings have been Lucas Erceg and Corbin Burnes, the 2021 NL Cy Young Award winner.

A Del Oro High School graduate, Joe played at Sacramento City College under Jerry Weinstein before continuing at the University of Oklahoma and Long Beach State. He later coached at Long Beach State under Dave Snow. Now, he uses his experience and connections from years of scouting to help young athletes in the community reach their goals.

Tyler Robertson

PITCHING COACH

Tyler Robertson is a former Major League Baseball pitcher who played for the Minnesota Twins. Following his playing career, he served as the Northern California area scout for the New York Yankees from 2016 to 2023, where he signed multiple professional players, including Ken Waldichuk and Drew Thorpe, both of whom reached the major leagues.

With experience at the highest levels of both playing and scouting, Tyler brings a unique perspective to pitching development. His instruction is rooted in real-world evaluation, long-term arm health, and helping pitchers understand what it truly takes to advance to the next level.

At One More Training, Tyler works with pitchers of all ages to refine mechanics, improve performance, and build repeatable routines in a professional, development-focused environment.

Mike LaVigne

HITTING / FIELDING COACH

Current college baseball player and coach with a strong passion for both playing and mentoring. With three years of collegiate baseball experience, I now balance my role as an active player with coaching responsibilities, working with players at both the professional and college levels.

 

Specializing in hitting and fielding my unique perspective allows me to connect with athletes on the field while helping them develop key skills, mental toughness, and a deeper understanding of the game. I believe in building strong fundamentals, creating teamwork, and instilling discipline, all while helping players elevate their performance and reach their full potential. Whether playing or coaching, my goal is to inspire growth and success in every athlete I work with.

Scott Randall

PITCHING COACH

Born and raised in Rocklin, California, Scott Randall is a professional baseball player who played high school baseball at Del Oro High School and college baseball at Sacramento State.  During his time at Sacramento State, Randall was a standout pitcher, earning multiple awards throughout all 4 years. Randall was named a Freshman All-American in 2018 by Collegiate Baseball, All-WAC Second Team (2019), All-WAC Preseason (2020), Collegiate Baseball All-American Second Team (2021), ABCA/Rawlings All-Pacific Region Second Team (2021), All-WAC First Team (2021), and Sacramento State Student Athlete of the Year (2021). He is also tied with multiple records at Sacramento State including: 2nd all-time in wins (24), 3rd all-time starts (49), 3rd all-time innings pitched (281.1), 4th all-time strikeouts (249), and 7th all-time ERA (2.84).  Randall was drafted by the Arizona Diamondbacks in the 7th round (198 overall) of the 2021 MLB Draft. Randall spent the majority of his time with the Diamondbacks at their High-A affiliate where he had a 3.82 ERA with 104 SO and 1.16 WHIP. After receiving Tommy-John surgery, Randall was traded to the Pittsburgh Pirates in December 2022 where he rehabbed for over a year. After completing rehab, he played for 4 different teams within the Pirates organization including Rookie Ball, Low-A, High-A, and Double-A. During this time, he played 53.1 innings and had a 4.39 ERA with 53 SO and 1.14 WHIP.  Randall spends his off-season in his hometown of Rocklin, California helping young athletes develop their skills and spending time with family and friends.

Cole Anderson

CATCHING / HITTING COACH

Cole Anderson is a dedicated hitting and catching coach with a strong playing and coaching background. A former standout at CSU East Bay, he was named Male Athlete of the Year, earned All-Conference honors, and graduated in 2023 with a B.S. in Kinesiology. For the past three years, he’s been coaching private lessons and travel ball teams in San Diego, sharpening players' skills while interning under CH Catching and Hitting to further develop his craft. Now pursuing his MBA at Jessup University (Class of 2026), he blends his deep knowledge of the game with a leadership mindset. Cole takes pride in helping young ballplayers grind, compete, and level up—not just in baseball, but in life. His coaching is all about hard work, discipline, and mastering the fundamentals, teaching players how to trust the process and put in the work to get better every day. Whether it’s refining a swing, improving receiving behind the plate, or building a strong mental approach, he’s committed to developing athletes who play the game the right way.

William Salas

HITTING COACH

William Salas is originally from Caracas, Venezuela and came to the United States on a college baseball scholarship. He brings seven years of professional baseball experience and has built a strong reputation for developing hitters at all ages and levels. William is known for his detailed, player-first approach to hitting instruction, providing individualized coaching that helps athletes improve efficiently and sustainably. He has quickly become one of the area’s emerging leaders in hitting development, with a growing track record of players making measurable gains in performance. His coaching focuses on building repeatable mechanics, game-ready swings, and confidence at the plate, all within a structured and professional training environment. William’s ability to connect with players and tailor instruction to their specific needs has made him a trusted resource for athletes and families seeking long-term development.
