Joe Graham
OWNER | TEAM TRAINING SPECIALIST
Joe Graham is a seasoned MLB scout entering his 20th season, currently with the Milwaukee Brewers. He began his scouting career with the Cleveland Indians in 2002-03, signing key players like Trevor Crowe and Jordan Brown. In 2007, he joined the Houston Astros, where he helped draft impact players, including 2013 All-Star Jason Castro. Since joining the Brewers in 2015, his most notable signing has been Corbin Burnes, a 2021 NL Cy Young Award winner.

A Del Oro High School graduate, Joe played at Sacramento City College under Jerry Weinstein before continuing at the University of Oklahoma and Long Beach State. He later coached at Long Beach State under Dave Snow. Now, he uses his experience and connections from years of scouting to help young athletes in the community reach their goals.

Jalal Leach
HITTING COACH
With over 30 years of experience, Jalal Leach has trained athletes of all levels in baseball and softball, helping 14 of his trainees reach Major League Baseball. At Leachy Elite Training, he provides personalized, fun, and independent coaching tailored to each player, from beginners to advanced. Jalal’s passion and expertise make his program the perfect choice for athletes looking to elevate their game.

Tyler Robertson
PITCHING COACH
Tyler Robertson is a former MLB pitcher who played for the Minnesota Twins. After his playing career, he served as the Northern California area scout for the New York Yankees from 2016 to 2023, signing multiple players, including two who reached the major leagues—Ken Waldichuk and Drew Thorpe. With experience both on the field and in scouting, Tyler brings valuable insight and expertise to One More, helping athletes refine their skills and maximize their potential.

Mike LaVigne
HITTING / FIELDING COACH
Current college baseball player and coach with a strong passion for both playing and mentoring. With three years of collegiate baseball experience, I now balance my role as an active player with coaching responsibilities, working with players at both the professional and college levels.
Specializing in hitting and fielding my unique perspective allows me to connect with athletes on the field while helping them develop key skills, mental toughness, and a deeper understanding of the game. I believe in building strong fundamentals, creating teamwork, and instilling discipline, all while helping players elevate their performance and reach their full potential. Whether playing or coaching, my goal is to inspire growth and success in every athlete I work with.

Scott Randall
PITCHING COACH
Born and raised in Rocklin, California, Scott Randall is a professional baseball player who played high school baseball at Del Oro High School and college baseball at Sacramento State. During his time at Sacramento State, Randall was a standout pitcher, earning multiple awards throughout all 4 years. Randall was named a Freshman All-American in 2018 by Collegiate Baseball, All-WAC Second Team (2019), All-WAC Preseason (2020), Collegiate Baseball All-American Second Team (2021), ABCA/Rawlings All-Pacific Region Second Team (2021), All-WAC First Team (2021), and Sacramento State Student Athlete of the Year (2021). He is also tied with multiple records at Sacramento State including: 2nd all-time in wins (24), 3rd all-time starts (49), 3rd all-time innings pitched (281.1), 4th all-time strikeouts (249), and 7th all-time ERA (2.84). Randall was drafted by the Arizona Diamondbacks in the 7th round (198 overall) of the 2021 MLB Draft. Randall spent the majority of his time with the Diamondbacks at their High-A affiliate where he had a 3.82 ERA with 104 SO and 1.16 WHIP. After receiving Tommy-John surgery, Randall was traded to the Pittsburgh Pirates in December 2022 where he rehabbed for over a year. After completing rehab, he played for 4 different teams within the Pirates organization including Rookie Ball, Low-A, High-A, and Double-A. During this time, he played 53.1 innings and had a 4.39 ERA with 53 SO and 1.14 WHIP. Randall spends his off-season in his hometown of Rocklin, California helping young athletes develop their skills and spending time with family and friends.

Cole Anderson
CATCHING / HITTING COACH
Cole Anderson is a dedicated hitting and catching coach with a strong playing and coaching background. A former standout at CSU East Bay, he was named Male Athlete of the Year, earned All-Conference honors, and graduated in 2023 with a B.S. in Kinesiology. For the past three years, he’s been coaching private lessons and travel ball teams in San Diego, sharpening players' skills while interning under CH Catching and Hitting to further develop his craft. Now pursuing his MBA at Jessup University (Class of 2026), he blends his deep knowledge of the game with a leadership mindset. Cole takes pride in helping young ballplayers grind, compete, and level up—not just in baseball, but in life. His coaching is all about hard work, discipline, and mastering the fundamentals, teaching players how to trust the process and put in the work to get better every day. Whether it’s refining a swing, improving receiving behind the plate, or building a strong mental approach, he’s committed to developing athletes who play the game the right way.

Andrew Knapp
CATCHING / HITTING COACH
Andrew Knapp is a former American professional baseball catcher, born on November 9, 1991, in Roseville, California. He played in Major League Baseball for teams including the Philadelphia Phillies, Pittsburgh Pirates, Seattle Mariners and San Francisco Giants. Knapp attended the University of California, Berkeley, where he played college baseball for the California Golden Bears. He was selected by the Phillies in the second round of the 2013 MLB draft. Known for his switch-hitting ability and defensive skills, Knapp made his MLB debut with the Phillies on April 6, 2017, and served as the team’s primary backup catcher for five seasons. Throughout his career, Knapp was recognized for his defensive capabilities and game-calling skills. He was particularly effective in managing pitchers and earned the trust of his teammates. After his tenure with the Phillies, Knapp had stints with several other MLB teams, including the Pirates, Mariners, Tigers, Astros, Rangers, and Giants. He concluded his professional playing career with the Giants in 2024 before announcing his retirement in early 2025.

O'Koyea Dickson
OUTFIELD / HITTING COACH
O'Koyea Dickson, Sr. was born and raised in San Francisco California. Former Major League Baseball Player with the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2017 with 10 years of professional playing experience. 3 year Minor League Hitting Coach for the Los Angeles Dodgers. 2022-2024. While I’ve been extremely blessed and grateful to have played at the highest level in three major baseball countries, Japan and Mexico included, I’m humbled to help the next wave of young athletes pursue their dreams. My natural ability to be a leader and connect with the youth is what I strive in. My lessons will consist of a movement prep warm up with water bags and explosiveness designed to help kids use the ground better with creating force from the ground up. Also will cover bat path, directional work, posture and end with some drills to help challenge the moves with Velocity. Pricing: (2 player bundle) $80 per player for an hour (1 on 1) $120 for the hour Availability: Saturdays and Sundays at One More Training

William Salas
HITTING COACH
William Salas, originally from caracas venezuela, moved to the US with a scholarship to play college ball. He has since had 7 years of professional baseball. William has an extensive background in training players of all ages and skill levels. He provides personalized coaching to help players achieve their full potential.
